No - Konfir verifications are online only and completely paperless. We can not accept traditional paperwork like payslips, P60s, or bank statements as part of your verification. We also can not accept references from previous employers.
These policies exist to ensure that we adhere to our principles of data minimisation and fraud prevention, as well as to ensure your verification can be completed quickly, without waiting for third parties or lengthy document review processes.
If you are unable to complete your digital verification through Konfir, then we recommend reaching out to your verifier directly, who may be able to arrange alternate methods of verification for you involving manual document checks and/or references.
