No - if your previous bank account has been closed, it will not be available for you to connect via Open Banking. To proceed with your verification, you can either:
1) Connect a different bank account - If you've used a different bank account to receive payments, even for a short period, you can connect this account instead.
2) Skip the banking section - We use multiple data sources (Banking, Payroll and HMRC) to ensure that even if you have challenges with one source, we're still able to complete your verification. Try linking another data source before submitting your verification
