To connect with HMRC, you'll need to log in using your Government Gateway account and provide consent for Konfir to access your income record.

Step-by-step Guide:
Access your Konfir link: Use the link provided in your Konfir email or SMS to start your verification. When prompted, select "Connect with HMRC".
Select the HMRC Connection: This will redirect you to HMRC
Sign in to HMRC: If you have a Government Gateway account, please enter your Government Gateway ID and Password. If you don’t yet have an account, you will be able to create one during this step.
Verify your Identity: Sometimes, and especially if you haven’t used your account before, HMRC will ask you to verify your identity before logging you in. To verify, you will need to have any 2 of the following available to you:
UK Passport
UK Driving Licence
Payslip or P60
Answer Credit Reference questions
Grant Access: Review the access request and confirm your consent.
That’s it, you're done! Konfir will retrieve the necessary employment / income information and the connection will be automatically closed once the process is complete.
