Yes - you can submit your verification without connecting to HMRC. If you’re unable to connect to HMRC or simply don’t want to, you can skip the HMRC connection and complete your verification connecting the other data sources available (e.g. bank, payroll accounts)
Note - Not connecting your HMRC account may mean that we can’t fully verify your employment history, and your verifier may need to request additional document checks after you have submitted your Konfir verification.
