I tried to connect my payroll account, but it won't load

If you've tried to connect your payroll but it won't load or you are stuck with the message “Connecting to your account”, this is normally due to a delay or error receiving data from the payroll provider. Don’t worry, you can still continue the verification process. Here’s what to do:

1) Retry connecting to Payroll: Close and re-open your Konfir link before reattempting to connect your payroll account. It may also be worth clearing your browser’s cache/cookies and/or opening your Konfir link from a different browser or device.

2) Skip connecting to Payroll: If it still won’t connect, close and re-open the Konfir process, but this time skip the payroll connection and continue to connect other sources available to you (e.g. bank or HMRC) if they aren't connected yet.

Remember, you can submit your verification as long as you have at least one connected source for each employment or income period.
