To successfully connect your bank account, you must be able to log in. If you can’t log in to your bank account then we advise getting in touch with your bank directly or following in-app / online instructions to reset your bank login details.
Once you have resolved your login issue you will be able to connect your account as part of your verification.
If your login issue persists, or is taking too long, you can skip the banking section and continue to connect the other data sources available to you (i.e. HMRC, payroll) to complete your verification.
