Only employers that have enabled payroll integration can be connected; smaller or legacy setups may not be supported. In those cases, Konfir falls back to HMRC or Open Banking.

Payroll is the only source that confirms your job title. If your verifier needs job title and Payroll isn’t available, they may request documents (e.g., a payslip or contract) after review.
