I need more time or my link has expired - what should I do?

What to do if your verification link expires or if you can’t finish on time.

Summary

Konfir links usually expire after 7 days. If yours expires or you need more time, ask your verifier to send a new link.

If your link is still active

You can reopen your original link and continue; when you’re done, submit back to your verifier. They’ll review and let you know if they need anything else.

If your link has expired

Contact your verifier and request a new Konfir link; only they can reissue it.

If you’re short on time

You can still submit with what you can connect (e.g., Banking or HMRC). Your verifier will review partial results and follow up for anything missing.
