My recipient (or I) didn’t receive the email/PDF - what should I do?

  1. Check the email address for typos.

  2. Ask the recipient to check spam/junk and any quarantine (e.g., security gateways).

    • Note: Some organisations block external emails by default; if so, Send to myself and upload/forward the PDF as the recipient instructs.

  3. If you’re unsure you submitted, open your original link and check the end state (confirmation vs steps).
