3. Ask them to check spam or junk folders
Verification emails can be filtered, especially by corporate email security systems. The email comes from Konfir, so asking them to search for "Konfir" in their inbox may help find it.
4. If their organisation blocks external emails
Some companies have strict email filters that block all external senders. If this is the case, create a new verification via the Konfir Employer Directory and choose "Send to me" instead - you'll receive a PDF by email that you can forward or share directly with your recipient.
