Contacting your verifier

Contact your verifier if your question is about:

  • Why you've been asked to complete a verification

  • Deadlines or extending the time you have

  • What happens next (e.g. hiring, tenancy, or mortgage decisions)

  • The outcome of your application

  • What they require if something couldn't be verified

  • Any messages or instructions they've sent you

Your verifier's contact details will usually be in:

  • Any communications about your application

  • Their website or platform


Contacting Konfir

Contact Konfir if your question is about:

  • A technical issue during the verification process

  • A connection problem or unexpected result from a data source

  • Your personal data (what's collected, how it's used, or deletion requests)

  • A complaint about Konfir's platform or communications

  • Whether your verification was successfully submitted (if you're unsure)

Please include:

  • Your name

  • The email address or phone number used for your verification
