- The details in my verification request look wrongIf the employer name, dates, or other details look incorrect, contact your verifier - they set these when creating the check.
- I can't access my verification linkIf your link won't open or redirects incorrectly, try these steps before contacting your verifier.
- My verification link has expiredVerification links are valid for 7 days. If yours has expired, contact your verifier - they can extend the deadline or resend the link.
