Summary
Once you press Submit, Konfir sends your verification to your verifier within seconds. From that point, your verifier manages the process and will contact you if they need anything further.
What happens next (by journey type)
If you used your verifier’s website or app
You’ll usually be taken straight back to their site. Your results have already been sent to them.If you used a link from email or SMS
You’ll see a confirmation screen in Konfir. There’s nothing more to do; wait for your verifier to get in touch.If you created your own verification (Verify Myself)
Send to someone else – They’ll receive it by email automatically.
Send to myself – Check your email for the PDF and forward it wherever it’s needed.
