Summary
Once you submit your verification, Konfir securely delivers your verified data to your verifier automatically. What comes next depends on how you accessed your verification and what your verifier's process requires from there.
What happens next
What you see after submitting depends on how you completed your verification:
If you received a link by email or SMS, you'll have seen a confirmation screen after submitting. Konfir's part is complete - but your verifier may still need you to take action in their own platform or process, so check any instructions they've sent you.
If you were completing a verification inside a third-party platform - a background screening service, tenancy application, loan form, or similar - you'll be returned to that platform automatically after submitting. Check the platform for any outstanding steps your verifier needs you to complete.
If you used Verify Yourself to obtain a reference for yourself, your result will be emailed to you. See: Can I see my own results?
ℹ️ Note: Once submitted, Konfir can’t view or edit your results. For progress updates, clarifications, or a new link, please contact your verifier directly.
What your verifier does next
Your verifier receives verified data from Konfir - information confirmed directly from official sources - and compares it with the details provided in your application.
From there, what happens next depends on their process. They might:
Continue without needing anything further
Contact you for more information or documents
Carry out additional checks alongside the Konfir data

Can I edit my submission?
