Summary
Once you press Submit, Konfir sends your verification to your verifier within seconds. From that point, your verifier manages the process and will contact you if they need anything else.
What happens next?
Next steps depend on how you verification was completed and who its for:
You used your verifier’s website or app
You’ll usually be redirected straight back to their site to continue their process with them - your results have already been delivered.
You used a link from email or SMS
You’ll see a confirmation screen in Konfir. There’s nothing more to do - your verifier now has your results and will be in touch if needed.
You created your own verification
...and sent it to someone else: They’ll receive your verification by email automatically and should be in touch regarding next steps.
...and send it to yourself: Check your inbox for a PDF copy and forward it wherever it’s needed.
