Summary
If you've submitted your verification but your verifier hasn't been in touch, that's normal up to a point. Konfir delivers results instantly, so any delay is on your verifier's side - they may be processing applications in batches, conducting additional checks, or working through a queue.
How long should you wait?
There's no fixed timeline - it depends on your verifier's process and workload. If 5 working days have passed with no contact, follow up directly.
How to follow up
Contact your verifier directly - by email, phone, or however you've been corresponding with them - and ask for a status update. It helps to include:
The date you submitted your verification
Confirmation that you completed it (reference your confirmation email if you have one)
A clear ask: when can you expect to hear from them?
If you're working to a deadline (a start date, a move-in date, a loan completion), mention it. That context often helps speed things along.
What if they say they didn't receive your verification?
Check your submission. If you haven't submitted your verification yet, you're verifier will not have received it. See: How do I know my verification has been submitted?.
If you confirmed submission, the issue is likely with your verifier's system. They'll need to investigate on their side
