Can I see my own results?It depends how you're using Konfir. If a verifier requested your check, only they receive the result. If you created your check yourself, you'll receive your result by email.
Can I restart or edit my verification?No - once submitted, you can't edit or restart. Contact your verifier and ask them to send a new request.
I haven't had an update from my verifierKonfir delivers results instantly - if you haven't heard back, the wait is on your verifier's side. Follow up with them after 5 working days.
