Summary

Konfir’s secure bank connection allows you to verify your employment or income by demonstrating that you have received a salary/income into a bank account you own. This connection uses the Open Banking framework.

All major UK banks can be connected. To connect your bank, you will be redirected to your banking provider, where you’ll log in and approve the data connection. This connection lasts just a few seconds and is immediately removed - Konfir never retains access to view your accounts.

Step-by-step guide

  1. Consent to share - When prompted during your verification.

  2. Choose your bank - From the supported list provided in the app.

  3. Log in - You’ll be redirected to your bank’s own app or website to sign in.

  4. Approve Sharing - Your bank will ask you to consent to share data with Konfir

  5. Return to Konfir - You’ll be brought back automatically once the connection is complete
