I don’t have online bankingDon’t have online banking? No problem - skip the Banking step and connect HMRC or Payroll instead.
My bank account is closedClosed accounts can’t be connected, but that’s fine - just use your active accounts and connect HMRC or Payroll to complete your verification.
I can’t log in to my bankIf you can’t log in to online banking, reset your credentials or contact your bank - or skip Banking and continue with HMRC or Payroll.
I can’t find or select my bankIf your bank isn’t listed, skip Banking and connect HMRC or Payroll instead - Konfir currently supports UK bank accounts only.
