Contact your verifier if you need to:
Ask about the status, progress, or deadline of your verification
Provide documents or additional information they’ve requested
Correct details in your verification request (e.g. wrong employer or dates)
Get a new link if your Konfir invite has expired, been lost, or needs to be reset
💭 Good to Know: Your verifier is always the decision maker. They requested your verification and decide what to do with the results - Konfir simply provides the secure platform to complete it.
