Contact your Verifier to:
Ask about status, progress, or deadlines
Provide extra documents or explanations
Correct details in the request (e.g. wrong employer or dates)
Get a new Konfir link (expired, lost, or resubmission needed)
💭 Good to Know: Your verifier is always the decision maker - they request your verification and decide what to do with the results. Konfir provides a
platform to securely complete verifications, but we never make decisions.
