Steps to fix it
Reset your credentials using your bank’s in-app or online recovery flow, or contact your bank for help.
If you’re seeing general connection problems, try:
Check your internet connection
Update your bank’s mobile app
Try a different device or browser
Clear your browser cache.
After you can log in normally, return to your Konfir link and complete the bank connection.
If you still can’t log in
Skip the Banking step for now and connect HMRC and/or Payroll to continue. You can always add Banking later if you regain access.
