If it’s taking too long, skip Banking and continue using HMRC and/or Payroll instead.
How to fix it
Reset your login: Use your bank’s password or security reset process.
Check for simple issues:
Confirm you’re online.
Update your banking app.
Try another device or browser.
Clear your browser cache if using desktop.
Retry: Once you can log in normally, reopen your Konfir link to complete the bank connection.
If you still can’t log in
That’s okay - skip the Banking step and connect another source like HMRC or Payroll. You can always reconnect your bank later if you regain access. Once submitted, your verifier will review the data you’ve provided and guide you on any next steps.
