Summary
Verification links are valid for 7 days from when they were sent. If your link has expired, you won't be able to open it.
What to do
Contact your verifier directly. Konfir can't extend deadlines or resend links - only the organisation that requested your verification can do that. They can either extend the expiry date on your existing link or generate a new one.
💡Tip: Your verifier's contact details should be in any communications you have received from them about the process you're part of (a job application, tenancy, or mortgage, for example).
