What happens if I can’t verify everything?

Can’t verify everything? That’s okay - submit what you can. Your verifier will review it and request anything else they need.

Summary

There’s no “pass” or “fail” with Konfir. If you can’t verify everything, just complete as much as you can. Your verifier will review what’s been confirmed and follow up for anything missing.

Common Issues

It’s common for some details not to verify digitally. This can happen if:

  • You had trouble connecting a data source (e.g. login or ID issues).

  • Your bank or payroll provider doesn’t support data sharing.

  • Your accounts only show limited history (e.g. 12 months of banking).

  • Some details differ slightly from what you declared.

  • You worked overseas, unpaid, or “cash-in-hand” — these can’t be verified digitally.

What to do

  1. Submit what you can - even partial data helps.

  2. Your verifier will review the results and decide if more checks are needed.

  3. They may ask for documents (like payslips, P60s, or references) to cover unverified periods.

💭 Remember: Partial or missing data doesn’t mean your verification has failed - your verifier will guide the next steps.
