Summary

There is no “pass” or “fail” with Konfir. If you can't verify everything you've been asked to, don’t worry - simply complete as much as you can. Your verifier will see what has been verified and will follow up with you to fill in the gaps manually.

Common Issues

It's not uncommon to not be able to verify everything you've been asked to. Some common reasons include:

  • You had trouble connecting a data source (login issues, ID issues, etc).

  • Your bank account or payroll provider doesn’t support data sharing

  • Your data sources show limited transaction history (e.g. only 12 months of banking).

  • Details in the data don’t match exactly with what you declared

  • You worked overseas, unpaid, or “cash in hand” (these cannot be verified digitally).

What to do

  • Submit what you can through Konfir.

  • Your verifier will review your verification and decide if any further checks are needed

  • They may ask you for documents (payslips, P60s, references) for the gaps.
