I can’t find or select my bank

Summary

If your bank doesn’t appear in the list, it’s usually because it isn’t supported in Konfir or the account isn’t UK-based. Don’t worry - you can still complete your verification by skipping the bank connection and connecting HMRC and/or payroll data instead.

What to do now

  1. Try searching your bank by its full name.

  2. If you can’t find it, tap “can’t find my bank” to skip the banking connection

  3. Connect another source (HMRC or Payroll) and submit your verification.

  4. Your verifier will review the connected data and follow up if they need anything else.

Foreign Accounts - Konfir currently supports UK bank accounts only. If your account is outside the UK, skip Banking and use HMRC and/or Payroll to complete your verification. Note: Konfir can only verify UK employment; contact your verifier for alternatives if you need to evidence overseas work.
